Creating Peace Through Culture and Identity

Art in Motion Project (AMP) for peace, love, and unity. AMP is a silent, peaceful movement using art to unite cultures and promote global love and world peace. Our goal is to present a showcase of 195 hand-painted jackets. Each jacket will serve as a canvas for the artist to represent a different participating nation, celebrating their unique culture and uniting the world through art.

When the jackets are completed, our vision is to host a powerful concert featuring a song dedicated to AMP. This event will not only celebrate unity through art and music but also serve a greater purpose. Every dollar raised will provide support to those affected by war and to children in desperate need.

As a symbol of hope and a brighter future for generations to come, we will also introduce two young peace ambassadors to represent the innocence, resilience, and unity that AMP stands for. The complete collection will tour internationally and be displayed in museums and art centers around the globe.

About the Artist and Brand

Ofelia Vázquez is a cultural advocate, creative visionary, and founder of La Misión ConArte (LMCA), Carbajal Couture, and the Art in Motion Project (AMP). Inspired by the legacy of her mother, Antonia Carbajal, whose compassion, resilience, and prayers for world peace deeply shaped her life, Ofelia has dedicated her work to using art, fashion, and culture as tools for healing, empowerment, and unity.

Since founding LMCA in Nashville, Tennessee in 2014, she has created programs that uplift artists, preserve Latin American heritage, and empower youth through education and artistic expression. Her passion for cultural identity and social impact led to the creation of Carbajal Couture and ultimately AMP.

Through exhibitions, performances, music, and community engagement, Ofelia continues to build bridges between cultures while honoring her mother’s vision of compassion, hope, and service to others.
