Motivada por su madre que era altruista, prometió seguir su ejemplo de servicio y apoyo a la comunidad. En 2014 en Nashville, TN donde actualmente reside, crea La Misión ConArte que daría pie a una plataforma para impulsar proyectos artísticos y culturales. Inició dando clases de Español junto con tres amigas, al ver el impacto sobre sus estudiantes decide al año siguiente sumar clases de baile folklorico y música. Siempre con la firme convicción de que los niños hispanos mantuvieran sus raíces, su idioma, pero sobre todo levantar su autoestima, alejarlos de las drogas y el vandalismo.
Motivated by her altruistic mother, she promised to follow her example of service and support to the community. In 2014 in Nashville, TN where she currently resides, she created La Misión ConArte, which would give a platform to promote artistic and cultural projects. She started giving Spanish classes together with three friends, seeing the impact on her students, she decided the following year to add folkloric dance and music classes. Always with the firm conviction that Hispanic children maintain their roots, their language, but above all, raise their self-esteem, keep them away from drugs and vandalism.

Desde muy temprana edad tuvo un acercamiento a las artes por medio de la música en donde se ha desenvuelto como cantante, docente y gestora cultural. En el 2018, fue profesora en el Centro Integral de Formación en Música en donde tuvo la oportunidad de colaborar en un proyecto social que esta orientado a rehacer el tejido social sobre todo con niños de zonas vulnerables, pobres y violentas de México. En el 2018 con el proyecto OperAndo Jalisco ganó el PECDA, estímulo económico que se le otorga a los jóvenes artistas y creadores en Guadalajara, Jalisco. En el 2021 se graduó de Universidad de la Rioja con el título de Maestría en Teatro y Artes Escénicas. Actualmente, es docente en la Universidad de Guadalajara.

From an early age, she had an approach to the arts through music which she has developed as a singer, teacher, and cultural manager. In 2018, she was a teacher at the Comprehensive Center for Music Training, where she had the opportunity to collaborate on a social project that aimed to rebuild the social fabric, especially with children from vulnerable, poor, and violent areas of Mexico. In 2018 with the OperAndo Jalisco project, she won the PECDA, a governmental economic stimulus given to young artists and creators in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In 2021 she graduated from the University of La Rioja with a Master's degree in Theater and Performing Arts. Currently, she is a professor at the University of Guadalajara.
Karina Garcia Perdue

Karina tiene una licenciatura en Gobierno y Política y una maestría en Gestión Pública Internacional. Cuenta con más de cuatro años de experiencia en la gestión de programas. Ha facilitado el crecimiento organizacional en La Misión ConArte a través de alianzas estratégicas y el desarrollo de programas. Su experiencia previa incluye trabajar con Heifer International Project, la Asociación Interétnica para el Desarrollo de la Selva Peruana y la Cámara Hispana de Comercio del Área de Nashville, donde lideró un programa de empoderamiento digital para empresarios latinos. Actualmente, trabaja como especialista en diversidad para el Departamento de Servicios Generales del estado de Tennessee. Karina está dedicada a empoderar a la diáspora latinoamericana.

Karina holds a Bachelor’s in Government and Politics and a Master's in International Public Management. She has over four years of program management experience. She has facilitated organizational growth at La Mision ConArte through strategic partnerships and program development. Her previous experience includes working with Heifer International Project, the Interethnic Association for the Development of the Peruvian Rainforest, and the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she spearheaded a digital empowerment program for Latino entrepreneurs. Currently, she works as a diversity specialist for General Services at the state of Tennessee. Karina is dedicated to empowering the Latin American Diaspora.
Jorge Isaac Martínez Corona

Jorge Isaac Martínez Corona nació en Autlán de la Grana, Jalisco, México. Su formación multidisciplinaria incluye un doctorado en ciencias de la ingeniería, música y artes visuales. Por diferentes circunstancias ha cambiado recurrentemente de lugar de residencia, condición social y trabajo. Su formación profesional se relaciona principalmente con el área de la biotecnología; ha trabajado muchos años en la docencia y al servicio de la industria agrícola, alimentaria, farmacéutica y ambiental en distintos países. De manera paralela ha hecho de la cultura y las artes su principal pasatiempo. En distintos grados de profundidad ha incursionado en el órgano electrónico, el piano, el teatro, la guitarra clásica, el malabarismo, el cine, la fotografía, el interiorismo, la escritura y recientemente, la alfarería. Su vida cotidiana integra su formación multidisciplinaria y multicultural. De manera frecuente participa, ya sea como autor, ejecutante u organizador, en diferentes eventos artísticos y culturales. Sus trabajos abarcan obras para piano, guitarra clásica, teatro y dibujo al carbón.

Jorge Isaac Martínez Corona was born in Autlán, Jalisco, Mexico, and has a multidisciplinary background that includes an Engineering Sciences Ph.D., music, and visual arts. Due to different reasons his address, social status, and job have frequently changed throughout his life. His major is mainly linked to biotechnology projects, and he has worked many years at teaching, and different roles in the agriculture, food, pharma, and environment sciences industries in different countries. Parallelly, to his professional life, Jorge Isaac is a very active art and culture enthusiast. He has worked on different levels of music keyboards, piano, classical guitar, juggling, local film festivals, photography, interior design, writing, and pottery. His daily life integrates his multicultural and multidisciplinary. He is currently involved in different cultural and artistic events in different ways, as an author, performer, or organizer. His artworks include compositions for piano, classical guitar, theater writing, and drawing.
Liliana Castillo

Nacida en Bogota, Colombia hace 46 años, madre de tres hijos, Alejandro, Isabella y Arturo y casada con Mike Quiñones.
Vivió durante la mayor parte de su vida en Colombia en donde trabajo durante 20 años en el area comercial del sector de la construccion y remodelacion.
Se traslado a Nashville desde el 2017 y desde ese momento empezó a involucrarse en el negocio de diseño e impresión de camisetas y uniformes, lo que le llevo a crear 615 KB TEES como una solución integral en imagen para compañías o eventos, y ahora regresa a la construcción y remodelación creando la compañía NASHBUILDERS GROUP con su esposo.
Se considera apasionada y entusiasta en cada proyecto que emprende, y siempre busca dar lo mejor de sí misma para dejar la imagen de la mujer y de la Comunidad Hispana en alto.
Tambien busca hacer trabajo con y para la comunidad con el fin de conectar y compartir oportunidades o conocimientos razón por la que hace parte de diferentes grupos u organizaciones, como Conexión Americas, The Branch,TLACC, ELLA, Latinas in Construction, Nashlombians.

Born in Bogota, Colombia 46 years ago, mother of three children, Alejandro, Isabella and Arturo, married to Mike Quiñones. She lived most of her life in Colombia, where she worked in the commercial side of construction and remodeling for more than 20 years. In 2017, she relocated to Nashville, TN. Since then, Liliana has been involved in the business of design and printing shirts and uniforms, that led to creating the company 615 KB Tees as solution to an integral part of companies and / or events. Now, she returns to construction and remodeling by opening a Nashbuilders Group LLC with her husband. Liliana is considered passionate and enthusiastic in each of the projects that she embarks on, and Always searches for ways to give her best, so she can represent the excellence of women and the Hispanic community. She also looks to work with a for the community, so she can connect and share opportunities and knowledge, and thats the reason why she takes part in various groups and organizations, such as Conexion Americas, The Branch,TLACC, ELLA, Latinas in Construction, Nashlombians.

Mike Quiñones, es un artista con muchos talentos que ha trabajado como pintor, cineasta, ilustrador, fotógrafo y caricaturista. Quiñones nació en Cartagena, Colombia y se mudó a la ciudad de Miami cuando era niño. Ha vivido en Nashville desde 2002.

Sharley Rodríguez

Sharley Rodriguez, originaria de Guatemala y madre de dos hijos, ha transformado su vida a través del arte. Atraída por sus sueños, emprendió un viaje hacia Estados Unidos, llegando a Nashville en 2003. Artista autodidacta, utiliza diversos medios como el dibujo, el diseño en madera y el arte abstracto, creando obras que transmiten un mensaje con propósito. Su pasión por el arte también la ha llevado a trabajar con jóvenes y niños, alentándolos a seguir sus sueños. Con su lema inspirador, "lo que tu mente y corazón pueden ver, tus manos pueden crear", Sharley es un verdadero ejemplo de perseverancia y creatividad.

Sharley Rodriguez, originally from Guatemala and mother of two children, has transformed her life through art. Drawn by her dreams, she embarked on a journey to the United States, arriving in Nashville in 2003. A self-taught artist, she uses various mediums such as drawing, wood design, and abstract art, creating works that convey a purposeful message. Her passion for art has also led her to work with youth and children, encouraging them to pursue their dreams. With her inspiring motto, "what your mind and heart can see, your hands can create," Sharley is a true example of perseverance and creativity.
Luis Angel Rivera

Director del Departamento de Música de Universidad UNIVA. Ha sido profesor de piano invitado a los cursos universitarios de la fundación MpMusic en España (vinculados a la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca). Ha impulsado la configuración del Centro Integral de Formación en Música auspiciado por la firma Red Sun Farms donde se ha beneficiado a niños y jóvenes del municipio de La Piedad con actividades vinculadas a la cultura y a la educación musical. Este programa ha contado con la participación de artistas como Dr. Davide Nicolini, Dra. Emöke Ujj, Dr. Rogelio Álvarez Meneses, Daniela Liebman, etc.
En la actualidad, es Director del Departamento de Música de la Universidad UNIVA, Campus La Piedad. Presidente de las Jornadas Internacionales de Música de La Piedad. Imparte permanentemente el curso "Desarrollo pianístico" para estudiantes mexicanos, algunos de ellos han sido ganadores de concursos nacionales e internacionales. Sus clases de piano se caracterizan por vincular la interpretación musical, la musicología, la cognición musical y las neurociencias.
